Medical Disclaimer & Prescription Policy

1. Not a substitute for a doctor

Information on the platform is general, not a diagnosis, prescription or treatment plan. Do not start, stop or change treatment without your doctor. In an emergency call an ambulance or go to the nearest hospital — the platform is not an emergency service.

2. Your responsibility

By ordering you confirm that you have read the leaflet and will follow dose and warnings; you have told your doctor/pharmacist about any allergy, pregnancy, breastfeeding, chronic disease or other medicines; the product is for you or someone in your care, not for resale; and you bear the consequences of use contrary to instructions or of incorrect information you supplied.

3. Prescription medicines

A valid, legible prescription from a licensed doctor in the patient's name is required. An authorised pharmacist reviews it and may refuse it, ask for the original on delivery or verify it with the doctor. Forged, altered or reused prescriptions are unlawful: orders are cancelled, the account suspended and authorities may be informed.

4. Items not sold online

Narcotics, psychotropics and other specially controlled items, or items that regulations require to be dispensed in person, are not sold through the platform. Quantities may be limited for patient safety.

5. Substitutes

No medicine is replaced by a brand substitute without your explicit consent and the pharmacist's confirmation.

6. Cold chain and storage

Refrigerated items are delivered under suitable conditions; store them immediately as the leaflet says. We are not responsible for improper storage after delivery.

7. Side effects

Stop use and consult your doctor; tell us so we can help and inform the Seller and regulators where needed.

8. Independent Sellers

Partner pharmacies and companies are responsible for their licences and for their products' origin, conformity, expiry and storage until delivery. We work with them on any recall.
