Wholesale Account Terms (Pharmacies & Medicine Companies) and Credit

These terms apply to pharmacies and medicine companies registered to buy from Areeb Pharmacy at wholesale prices, in addition to the general terms. The wholesale market is separate from the customer store.

1. Licensing

A valid licence from the competent health authority (pharmacy licence, or company/warehouse licence with commercial registration) and a licensed responsible pharmacist are required. You will provide copies on request and inform us immediately of any suspension, expiry or change. Wholesale access is activated after admin review and may be suspended.

2. Purchasing and resale

Wholesale purchases are for resale or distribution within your licensed activity only; you are responsible to your customers and regulators for dispensing, storage, pricing and record-keeping. Check items, batches and expiry on delivery and report shortages or damage within 24 hours; afterwards receipt is final. The wholesale seller is Areeb Pharmacy unless another seller is named on an item, in which case that seller is responsible for its products until delivery.

3. Credit

A credit limit may be granted, changed or withdrawn at any time. Credit invoices are payable within 30 days of delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing; overdue accounts may be suspended and collected by all lawful means. The platform statement is an acknowledgement of balance unless disputed in writing within 7 days.

4. Confidentiality

Wholesale prices and terms are confidential.
