Driver Agreement & Delivery Instructions

1. Status

You provide delivery services independently unless a written employment contract says otherwise, and are responsible for your licence, roadworthy insured vehicle and traffic law. Areeb is not liable for accidents, traffic fines or injuries while driving except as the law requires.

2. Order safety

Deliver orders sealed as received; never open packs or swap items. Protect items from heat and humidity; deliver cold-chain items in the cool bag promptly. Hand over only to an adult; ask for the original prescription when noted.

3. Cash

Cash collected is held in trust for Areeb and handed over in full when required against a receipt voucher; any shortfall is yours and may be deducted. Collect nothing on prepaid orders.

4. Confidentiality and conduct

Customers' data, addresses and medicines are strictly confidential; no photos, sharing or contact beyond the delivery. Be respectful at all times.

5. Earnings

A fee per delivery set by the admin, paid periodically.
