Wallet & Online Payment Terms

1. Wallet

The wallet is prepaid credit in Libyan dinars for purchases on the platform only; it is not a bank account and earns no interest. It is topped up through approved gateways and receives refunds and compensation. Balances cannot be transferred to other accounts; remaining (non-promotional) balance may be withdrawn on account closure to a bank account in your name after verification. Promotional credit may expire. We may temporarily freeze a balance suspected of fraud or error and correct credit added by mistake.

2. Online payment

Payments run through licensed gateways such as DPay and Plutu (Sadad, Edfali, local bank cards…) and are also subject to their and your bank's terms. Never share your OTP — our staff will never ask for it. An order is paid only once the gateway confirms; unpaid orders are cancelled after the stated time. You are responsible for the details you enter and for transactions made with your codes. We are not liable for bank, gateway or network outages, but we follow up any pending transaction and refund any amount proven taken without a completed order.

3. Disputes

Report an unknown or duplicate charge within 7 days with the invoice number.
